It's been 5 minutes. Where's my registration info?
Usually registration codes get sent out within a minute or two. Every once in a while, a backlog will slow/stop registration e-mails. If you haven't received your
registration code after 6 hours, check your Junk Mail folder to see if it ended up there. If not, send us an e-mail.
Hey, my registration code isn't working!
Please make sure you're typing it in EXACTLY as shown in the e-mail. Copy and pasting would be better (make sure you don't pick up any spaces before or after the
text when you copy).
Also, it's very possible that 3rd party system tweaks (megazoomer, APEs, haxies, etc) could
interfere with
the program. If there's another computer you have access to, try your registration on
that. It's also entirely possible there was a problem generating the registration code in the first place.
If you're sure you've typed in your registration code correctly, send us an e-mail and your
registration code will be personally verified and tested.
